๐ŸŒ— Two Voices: How to Discern the True God from the False

In this world, two voices speak โ€” one of truth, one of distortion. One is the loving call of the true God. The other... is an imitation.

Scripture warns us:

โ€œSatan disguises himself as an angel of light.โ€
โ€“ 2 Corinthians 11:14

The false voice pretends to be God, but demands the opposite of love:

  • โš”๏ธ It demands fear, not freedom
  • ๐ŸงŠ It uses control, not compassion
  • ๐Ÿชž It flatters ego or crushes dignity
  • ๐Ÿ™„ It asks for worship but gives no love

Some have sensed this distortion โ€” even ancient gnostics believed a false god tried to enslave the world. But truth must go further: there is a real God, full of light, mercy, and grace.

โ€œGod is love.โ€
โ€“ 1 John 4:8

The true God doesnโ€™t enslave โ€” He sets free. Doesnโ€™t demand terror โ€” He invites trust. Doesnโ€™t manipulate โ€” He sacrifices.

โ€œThere is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear...โ€
โ€“ 1 John 4:18

So how do you know which voice youโ€™re hearing?

  • ๐ŸŒฟ One draws you near with peace
  • ๐Ÿ”— One keeps you bound in guilt or fear
  • โœจ One wants your heart โ€” the other wants your control

โ€œBy their fruits you will recognize them.โ€
โ€“ Matthew 7:16

๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ The true God doesnโ€™t need to prove He is God โ€” His love proves it every time He calls your name. ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ
